Born from a
love of contrast

Smoke and Ice didn't start with a business plan. It started with a question: what happens when the ritual of specialty coffee collides with the artistry of craft cocktails? The answer is this — a space in Spring Branch where every visit feels like stepping into a different world.

We built Smoke and Ice for people who appreciate the details: the bloom of freshly ground beans, the crack of hand-cut ice, the way smoke curls from a smoked老墨西哥 mule. This is a place that doesn't rush. It invites you to slow down, sit, and taste.

Single-origin espresso, pour-over flights, and cold brew that changes with the seasons. We source from roasters who share our obsession with terroir and technique.

Smoked cocktails, house-infused spirits, and a cocktail program that treats every glass like a canvas. The ice is hand-cut. The garnish is intentional. The result is memorable.

The Smoked Old Fashioned

Bourbon, smoked maple, Angostura bitters, orange peel — presented under a cedar smoke cloche.

Cold Brew Negroni

Single-origin cold brew, Campari, sweet vermouth, expressed over a clear ice cube.

Honey Lavender Latte

Local wildflower honey, fresh lavender, double espresso, steamed oat milk — our signature morning ritual.
